Plans are available for up to 12 years depending on your preferences. A member of the Fornax team can help you to understand the available options.

Finance Plan: You can assign the Plan to the new homeowner free of charge (with their consent and subject to them passing a credit check) and we will continue to offer them the same great service that you were receiving.
Alternatively, you can cancel the Plan by paying a fee set out in your agreement and your system will be transferred to the new homeowner.
Servicing Plan: You can cancel the Plan without penalty upon selling your property.

Finance Plan: may be early repaid or cancelled, subject to terms and conditions. Early repayment allows you to keep the installed equipment in place for the full term. If your preference is to have the equipment removed, this will usually include a fee for us to de-install and remove any rented equipment.
You can also transfer your agreement to a new owner (with consent), for example if you sell your property.
Servicing Plan: Can be canceled by giving at least 30 days notice before each annual renewal date.

At the end of your plan, you can renew, extend or end your agreement.

The Finance Plan consists of a regulated consumer hire agreement. Fornax Energy is an appointed representative of Product Partnerships Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
