We take away the upfront cost of your new heating system, the hassle of servicing and maintaining it, and any possibility of an unexpected repair bills for the life of the plan.

Monthly Payment

There’s no upfront equipment or installation cost, just a monthly payment once your new system has been fitted.

All-inclusive

Servicing, safety checks and unlimited repairs are included for the plan lifetime, with no callout fees or excess.

Choose from 6 to 12 years of hassle-free heating, with no unexpected bills even if the system needs repairs.

Cancel anytime

You can end your plan at any time by paying the lump sum outlined in your agreement. No quibbles or early repayment fees.

The Heat Pump Plan isn’t just a loan, it’s been designed to make heat pump ownership a breeze.

That’s why if you decide to move house before the end of your plan, you can end your plan by paying the lump sum outlined in your agreement, or transfer the remainder of your contract to the new owner*.

Grant compatible

Our plan is fully compatible with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

We’ll apply for the £7,500 grant for you and deduct it from the total before we spread the cost.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our standard Plan term is 12 years. We have chosen this to keep your monthly payments to a minimum.

    Depending on your requirements, alternative subscription lengths may be available - a member of the Fornax team can help you to understand the available options.

  • You can assign the agreement to the new homeowner free of charge (with their consent and subject to them passing a credit check) and we will continue to offer them the same great service that you were receiving.

    Alternatively, you can cancel the Plan by paying the termination fee set out in your agreement.

  • Your Plan may be early repaid or cancelled, subject to terms and conditions. Early Repayment allows you to keep the installed equipment in place for the full term. If your preference is to have the equipment removed, this will usually include a fee for us to de-install and remove any rented equipment.

    You can also transfer your agreement to a new owner (with consent), for example if you sell your property.

  • We will contact you a year before your agreement ends let you know what options are available, including the new monthly cost of continuing with your current system, or an upgraded system if that’s appropriate for your property.

    If we sign a new agreement, we will continue to look after your heating and you will continue to benefit from the same excellent service.

    Alternatively, you can choose to end our relationship and we will remove any hired equipment.

  • Fornax Energy is an appointed representative of Product Partnerships Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

    Our Heat Pump Plan consists of two financial products: an unregulated 0% interest 12-month credit agreement (covering the purchase of parts of the heating system) and a regulated consumer hire agreement (covering the hire of the rest of the heating system).
