What is The Heat Pump Plan?
Fornax have teamed up with Renew East to offer The Heat Pump Plan, a combined finance and peace of mind solution designed to make a quality heat pump upgrade available to every home.
We take away the upfront cost of your new heating system, the hassle of servicing and maintaining it, and any possibility of an unexpected repair bills for the life of the plan. So you can just sit back and enjoy.
Monthly Payment
There’s no upfront equipment or installation cost, just a monthly payment once your new system has been fitted.
All-inclusive
Servicing, safety checks, remote monitoring and unlimited repairs are included for the plan lifetime, with no callout fees or excess.
Flexible term
Choose from 5 to 12 years of hassle-free heating, with no unexpected bills even if the system needs repairs.
Cancel anytime
You can end your plan at any time by paying the lump sum outlined in your agreement. No quibbles or early repayment fees.

How it works
You provide some basic information to us (including your quote if you have it). We will find out any specifics we need about your system from Renew East.
We will provide you with a firm quote for a Heat Pump Plan, including a calculator for you to customise terms.
If you choose to proceed, we complete a credit check and sign agreements. If eligible, we will also apply for your Boiler Upgrade Scheme voucher,
We work with Renew East to complete your project. Your new heat pump will be fully installed, regularly serviced and guaranteed for the duration of your plan!

Fornax and Renew East have partnered to bring you a market leading clean heating solution: Renew East are the engineering experts who design, install and maintain your heating system. Fornax are financial and technology specialists who provide convenient, quality payment options, round-the-clock support and remote monitoring of your system, ensuring it's always at its best.

Heat Pump Plans are available for terms of 5 to 12 years, and can include optional downpayments to reduce your monthly cost, allowing you to choose the plan that works best for your budget and circumstances.

You can assign the agreement to the new homeowner free of charge (with their consent and subject to them passing a credit check) and we will continue to offer them the same great service that you were receiving.
Alternatively, you can cancel the Plan by paying the termination fee set out in your agreement.

Your Heat Pump Plan may be cancelled, subject to terms and conditions.
You can also transfer your agreement (with consent), for example if you sell your property.

At the end of your plan period, you can keep your system for just £1 per year. When you are ready to replace or upgrade your system, you just let us know and your plan ends. Of course, if you'd like us to help you do this, we would love to help!
